Join the Kamado Team – Senior Front of House | Winter 2026–2027 Kamado | Hirafu, Niseko | DNA Niseko DNA Niseko is looking for an experienced Senior Front of House team member to join Kamado for the upcoming winter season. Kamado is a busy, quality-focused dining venue in the heart of Hirafu, welcoming guests from around the world throughout the Niseko winter. We’re looking for someone with strong hospitality experience who can lead by example, support the wider FOH team and help deliver an exceptional guest experience every service. The Role As a Senior FOH team member, you’ll play an important role in the day-to-day operation of the venue, working closely with the management team and supporting junior team members during busy services. We’re looking for someone who: Has 4+ years of hospitality experience Has strong experience in quality restaurants or high-volume hospitality venues Is confident leading and supporting a FOH team Has excellent guest service and communication skills Can maintain high standards during busy services Is organised, reliable and professional Has a genuine passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences Is ready to hit the ground running in a busy winter environment Live & Work in Niseko Work hard, ski hard.
