HandleBar Pizza is looking for PT & FT Pizza Cooks to join our crew starting ASAP, with potential for year-round employment. This is a fast-paced kitchen with a tight-knit team, good music, busy nights, and seriously good pizza. We’re looking for hard-working, positive people who perform well under pressure and want to be part of a great service team. What You’ll Be Doing - Prepping fresh ingredients, house-made sauces, toppings, and dough - Managing dough stock and station setup for the day ahead - Owning line service: stretching dough, tossing, topping, and managing the oven during peak service - Controlling ticket timing, maintaining quality control, and ensuring smooth order flow - Communicating clearly with FOH on wait times across dine-in, takeout, and online orders - Dishwashing, maintaining station cleanliness, and executing thorough kitchen opening and closing procedures What You Bring - Previous kitchen, food prep, or line cook experience preferred (pizza/oven experience is a major asset) - Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-paced commercial kitchen - Ability to stay organized, communicate clearly, and work seamlessly as part of a team - Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a good sense of humor under pressure - Valid FoodSafe Level 1 Certificate (or willingness to obtain) Schedule & Compensation - FT 30 – 40+ hours per week (mix of day and evening shifts) - PT minimum 2 shifts per week (one day one evening) - Starting wage: $21.00 – $23.00/hour (based on role and experience) + great tips ($3 – $8/hour average) Perks - Ski Pass: Spirit Pass / Season Pass contribution for full-time staff continuing into winter - Extended Health Benefits for year-round, full-time employees - Staff meal, discounts, great team culture Interested?
