Café Staff / Night Shift All-Rounder

Position Overview Role: Café Staff & Night Shift Team Member (All-Rounder) Location: Rural Toya, Hokkaido (Minutes from Rusutsu Resort, short drive to Niseko) Start Date: Early December Pay Rate: from 1,500 Hours: Part-time / seasonal, minimum 20 hours a week (includes daytime shifts and 1-2 night shifts per week) About the Role We are looking for an energetic and friendly crew to join our tight-knit team. You will handle everything from pulling espresso and preparing simple food items to greeting travellers and locals during our newly launched bar. Passionate about coffee, customer service, and hospitality. Conversational English and/or Japanese language skills. Potential to develop your Japanese if wanted, with classes. Ability to commit to the winter season and work flexible shifts (including evenings).
