Housekeeping Team Leaders

-Lead and supervise daily housekeeping operations -Coordinate property cleans and manage team schedules -Ensure all properties meet high cleanliness and presentation standards -Conduct quality checks and maintain consistency across all jobs -Support, train, and motivate team members -Communicate with management regarding daily progress and any issues -Assist with hands-on cleaning when required in busy periods

-Previous housekeeping experience (team leader or supervisor experience preferred) -Strong attention to detail -Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment -Excellent time management and organisational skills -Strong communication and leadership abilities -Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented attitude -Driver’s licence
