Winter Staff Wanted — Seifuso, Akakura Onsen Seifuso is now looking for friendly, reliable staff to join our team for the upcoming winter season in Akakura Onsen. We are hiring staff from mid-December to mid/late March for the following positions: Housekeeping Staff Bar Staff Breakfast Preparation / Serving Staff We offer competitive pay, accommodation provided, and a great location right in Akakura town — just a short walk to the ski lifts and Main Street. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to spend the winter season in one of Japan’s best ski towns, meet people from around the world, and be part of a fun lodge/hotel team. Experience is a plus, but a positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to help are most important. Applicants should be comfortable with early mornings, busy winter periods, and working as part of a team. Applicants must have a valid Japanese Working Holiday Visa or other valid permission to work in Japan. Couples will have their own private room.
