NOW BAR & TABLE — HIRING FOR WINTER SEASON Mid-Hirafu, Niseko We're a premium-yet-relaxed oyster & wine bar opening this winter, and we're building our team. Staff may also have the opportunity to work shifts at NOW Trailer, our food trailer right outside — great for those who want a fuller schedule and some variety. NOW HIRING: Chef / Cooks Sommelier Service Staff Full-time, part-time, seasonal, or working holiday — all welcome! Schedule: 4–6 days/week, 4–8 hours/day Pay: ¥1,500–2,000/hr (based on experience/role) Shared staff housing available (staff pays a portion, company subsidizes the rest) Staff meals included Shared staff vehicle Season completion bonus for staff who stay the full winter season Start: Mid-November (flexible depending on role) We're looking for people who care about hospitality, want to be part of a small, focused team, and enjoy good food and wine.
