Join the Phoenix Team – Nightclub Bartenders | Winter 2026–2027 Phoenix | Hirafu, Niseko | DNA Niseko DNA Niseko is looking for experienced Nightclub Bartenders to join the Phoenix team for the upcoming winter season. Phoenix is one of Hirafu’s biggest high-energy nightlife venues, bringing together an international crowd every night throughout the winter. We’re looking for bartenders who know how to handle a busy nightclub, work quickly under pressure and keep the energy high while delivering consistent, efficient service. The Role This is a fast-paced nightclub environment, so previous nightclub experience is essential. We’re looking for bartenders who: Have 2+ years of nightclub bartending experience Are confident working in high-volume, high-energy environments Can deliver fast, efficient and consistent service Are comfortable handling busy periods and large crowds Have strong product knowledge and excellent bar skills Can maintain a positive attitude and great guest interaction under pressure Are reliable, professional and team-focused Bring energy and personality to every shift Experience in high-volume bars, clubs, pubs or cocktail venues is valuable, but nightclub experience is particularly important for this role.
