Operations Manager

OPERATIONS MANAGER NISEKO, JAPAN WINTER SEASON 2026/27 Seasons Collection is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our leadership team in Niseko for the 2026/27 winter season. This is a senior operational role, responsible for the day-to-day management of our private residences and leading our residential team to deliver outstanding, highly personal service throughout the season. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Minimum 5 years’ experience in hospitality Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role Experience in high-end hotels, private estates, residences or luxury chalets Strong operational and team leadership skills Excellent attention to detail and a hands-on approach Confidence dealing directly with guests and managing expectations Calm, organised and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment Excellent spoken and written English Eligibility to work in Japan for the full season THE DETAILS Niseko, Hokkaido, Japan November 2026 – March 2027 Accommodation provided This is not an entry-level seasonal position.
