Cafe Manager

Shizen Cafe in Nozawa onsen is hiring for winter 2026/27. Minimum contract commitment Dec 3rd-March 30th- A valid work Visa is essential. We are a Wholefood cafe offering breakfast, lunch & sometimes dinner, specialising in vegan and gluten free goods. Everything is made in house- baked goods, granola, yogurt, sourdough bread etc etc. Must love healthy cooking/living, working in a team environment and be hard working. Full time positions only. 5-7 hour shifts (~5:30am-12pm or 12pm-7pm), 5-6 days per week. - Lead Baker - Cafe manager - Kitchen Staff - FOH Cafe staff - Yoga teachers (Available for full time CAFE work + 1-3 yoga classes per week) Email your resume & letter of introduction to Rowie - Shizen.nozawa@gmail.com Please apply if you are 21 years or older and interested in a more 'mature' snow season rather than a party season.
