We're looking for passionate professionals to join the kitchen team at one of Hirafu's exciting dining destinations, serving Modern Fusion cuisine to an international clientele throughout Niseko's busy winter season. Positions Available: Sous Chefs Lead by example, support the Head Chef, and help drive a high-performing kitchen throughout the season. Chef de Partie Take ownership of your section and deliver exceptional food with consistency, organisation, and attention to detail. Line Cooks Join our service team and help execute high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, professional kitchen.
