Restaurant Manager

We’re hiring a Restaurant Manager to join Odin Hills in Niseko. Odin Hills is an all-day dining lounge and bar offering breakfast, lunch and dinner, alongside apéritifs and post-dinner drinks. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on manager to lead daily restaurant and bar operations, support and develop the front-of-house team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences throughout the day. The ideal candidate will have: • At least two years of restaurant, bar or hospitality experience • Previous supervisory or management experience • Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills • Fluent English • Valid work rights in Japan Japanese-language ability, knowledge of Niseko and experience with restaurant POS and reservation systems are an advantage.
