About the Role

We’re recruiting staff to join our team for the Summer 2025 season in Hokkaido, Japan. Open Positions • Hospitality & Housekeeper • Cook / Bar Restaurant Staff (afternoon–night shift, cooking + customer service) • Reforms & House Building (renovation, maintenance, construction support) Working Period • April – October 2025 • June – September availability is compulsory Conditions • Salary: ¥1,400 – ¥1,700 per hour (depending on skills, experience, and position) • Subsidized house rental available • Subsidized car rental available • Applicants must be eligible to work in Japan We’re a small, international team looking for motivated, hands-on people who enjoy hospitality, practical work, and an outdoor lifestyle.
