Job Description You will be responsible for kitchen duties at restaurants, cafés, and accommodation facilities operated by NISEKO WOW. This is an important position supporting restaurant operations and guest services throughout the winter season. Main duties include: ・Preparing and cooking breakfast, lunch, dinner, and other meals ・Food preparation, plating, and general cooking assistance ・Checking and managing food inventory and assisting with ordering ・Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen ・Managing kitchen utensils, equipment, and facilities ・Assisting with menu-related inquiries, food allergies, and dietary requirements ・Opening preparation and closing duties ・Working closely with the F&B team and other departments ・Responding flexibly to operational needs during busy periods ・Performing other duties related to kitchen operations Requirements ・Previous cooking or kitchen experience is preferred ・Candidates who are available to work for the entire winter season are preferred ・Strong awareness of food hygiene and cleanliness ・Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team ・Flexibility to work shifts during busy periods ・Ability to work quickly, accurately, and carefully ・Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, café, resort, or similar environment is preferred Preferred Qualifications ・Experience preparing Western cuisine or working in a café or restaurant kitchen ・Experience preparing breakfast, lunch, or dinner service ・Kitchen experience in a hotel or resort environment ・Experience handling food allergies and dietary restrictions ・Ability to remain calm and organized in a busy working environment Employment Period November 16, 2026 – March 31, 2027 Benefits ・Staff accommodation available for a fee ・Uniform provided ・Staff discount program available Visa Requirements ・Applicants must already hold a valid visa or status of residence that permits them to work in Japan for the entire employment period. ・Working Holiday visa holders are welcome to apply. #nisekowow #niseko #hokkaido #japow #japan
