NOW HIRING: Kitchen Staff – Niseko Winter 2026/27 The Flats. Restaurant / Bar, a French restaurant in Niseko, is looking for kitchen staff for the 2026/27 ski season. Season: Early December 2026 – End of February or March 2027 Pay: ¥1,700–¥2,200/hour (depending on experience), overtime paid Shifts: 4–6 days/week between 13:00 and 22:00 (varies by season) Location: Kutchan, Hokkaido What you'll do - Food prep and plating - Kitchen cleaning and dishwashing Requirements - A valid visa to work in Japan for the whole season (e.g. Working Holiday). We are unable to sponsor visas. - Basic cooking skills and a positive attitude - No Japanese required. Kitchen experience is a plus, but not essential.
