Snow Shoveler

BWB Services is now hiring full time snow shovelers for the upcoming 2026-27 winter season at Big White Ski Resort! We’re looking for reliable, energetic and motivated snow shovelers to join our team. You can expect to work hard and play hard. The hours will be unpredictable due to Mother Nature controlling our schedule. Be prepared to work a lot, or a little, depending on the snowfall. Labour experience is *required* Physically demanding outdoor role Early morning starts (usually 7am) Weather-based schedule with plenty of shift flexibility Staff accommodation available (true ski in ski out village location) Wages start at $24/hr + incentives Regular team dinners & events This is a great opportunity for those who love being outdoors, enjoy labouring, and those who want to be part of a fun, hardworking crew.
