Produce Supervisor

Creekside Market is still looking for another superstar Produce Supervisor to join our Produce Department! Previous retail supervisor experience preferred, starting wage $25-28 (dependent on experience) plus perks: - Discounted groceries - Recreation benefits (including golf privileges at Big Sky Golf!) - Extended Health Benefits (F/T) - RRSP Contributions. Duties include (but are not limited to): -Supervise and coordinate produce clerks -Assign duties and prepare work schedules -Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages -Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters -Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor and report on performance -Ensure the visual standards and image of the department are maintained, such as displays, signage and cleanliness -May perform the same duties as workers supervised -May perform key holding and managerial duties if required.
