About

The most accessible major resort from Melbourne (about 3 hours by road), Mt Buller is Victoria's largest single-mountain ski area with 300 hectares of terrain across 80+ runs. The alpine village sits at 1,600m and has the highest lift capacity of any Australian resort. Popular with both day-trippers from Melbourne and full-season seasonal workers. Mansfield (45 min down the mountain) is the gateway town for off-mountain accommodation.
