Natural onsen at the resort hotel are a highlight. For livelier nightlife, many staff make the 40-minute trip to Niseko's Hirafu.
- Healthcare

- Resort complex has convenience shops, rental outlets, and souvenir stores. Limited off-resort shopping — nearest Seicomart and supermarkets are in Kimobetsu or Kutchan. Staff often stock up on trips to Niseko or New Chitose area.
- International Community
