A farming valley 30 minutes north of Whistler, under the face of Mount Currie and next to the Lil'wat Nation. Seed potatoes and hay rather than ski lifts — but it is the closest thing to affordable housing on the Sea to Sky corridor, and a good share of Whistler's staff live here.

Transport & Accessibility
- To Resort
- BC Transit runs a Pemberton–Whistler commuter route timed around work shifts, and it is well used. Otherwise it is a 30-minute drive down Highway 99.
- Parking
- Free parking throughout the village. Day parking in Whistler is paid and fills early.
- Nearest Airport
- Vancouver International (YVR) ~160km, about 2hr30 down the Sea to Sky Highway.
- Road Conditions
- Highway 99 between Pemberton and Whistler climbs over a pass and gets snow, ice and the occasional closure. Winter tyres required Oct–Apr, and a car that starts at -15°C matters here more than in Whistler.
